When you book a trip, Drivers can see:

• Your booking details

After your trip, your review and rating may be visible to other users.

• Payment processing (Paystack)

• Cloud hosting and storage

• Analytics and performance monitoring

• Communication services (SMS, email)

**4.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons**

• Account information: Retained while your account is active, plus 3 years after closure

• Trip/booking records: 7 years for financial and legal compliance

• Location data: 30 days (for trip tracking purposes)

• Communication records: 2 years

You may request deletion of your account and personal data as described in Section 7.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

**Payment Security**

All payment information is processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.

**7.3 Deletion**

You may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to certain exceptions (legal requirements, ongoing disputes, etc.).

• **Marketing Communications:** You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" or adjusting your notification settings.

• **Location Services:** You can disable location permissions in your device settings, though this may limit certain features.

• **Push Notifications:** You can disable push notifications in your device settings.

You may close your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support@droppin.website.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Ghana where our service providers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws than Ghana.
